... to an end. They just want results and don’t care how it is achieved - Company pays you an additional amount in your monthly salary if you don’t take any sick leave (which is good yes) but torture you when you take sick leaves. You won’t be entitled to the additional amount if you take any sick leave more than one month - The shift supervisors don’t know the job but ended up in their positions and are very incompetent And uncooperative - If you can tell your manager everything the staff are talking about (spill the inside beans) you will be considered the perfect staff otherwise you will be tagged as “useless” and they will call you that to your face - Abusive and threatening managers. If you speak up for yourself they will abuse you verbally and threaten you. No use taking it to higher authorities because they just don’t care. - Forget about having a work-life balance. You’re supposed to be working for 10 hours but they will overwork you everyday adding up to 12-13 hours. You CANNOT do anything other than work. Say goodbye to your personal and social life - Where taking leaves is a right to an employee, at AirAsia it is a favour. You will have to beg and plead for availing leaves. Also the number of days you get leave will vary staff to staff. If you get less than another staff the supervisor will give you a reason you can only laugh at and nothing else. There is no standard leave policy and depends on the person approving it - FAVOURITISM - Worst of its kind you’ll find here

Zero work life balance Salary is deducted even for 12 basic sick leave After sick leave the company also deducts our upcoming offs considering the sick leave as our off. We as cabin crew, our voices are not being heard. There is no salary increment as much as it should’ve been since covid happened
