They can’t terminate you before 6 months of probably period. As they follow legal norms. So job security is there.

Dislikes

... scale, even for experienced and freshers they provide difference of just 5-10k. For even 4 + years experienced person they provide 30 35k salary. They take reference candidates without even a single thought of their unskilled profile. People don’t know English language, people roam without slippers, very bad for HR department. worst culture. Payroll manager (single person is having monopoly, they don’t want new people for their insecurities) , Recruitment manager (who doesn’t even know using Naukri portal, not experienced In talent acquisition still there in position because of Reference) , in HR depart. People talk in abusing language, also asked to work on sundays as well without any compensations, not a good company for skilled person. Trust me your skill would have no value there in this company. Politics is so much in peak. They also take 80k amount for CSA hiring candidates and they don’t even refund that amount if you left. This is illegal. They have many illegal policies.

The facilities provided like cab service

Dislikes

The salary is not enough for those who work in airline like airindia express.handling more than 12 flights per shift.and also no resting time and breaks.direct airline staffs try to degrade us they see us as a slave.we also work for them but they dont give that respect

Everything the work environment employee benefits, employees salary, every seniors are like double face and in work time they just make stupid jokes and pressure the staff and if staff made a mistake they treat like everything is the fault. And it's my 1st job i seriously never want to work again

No public transport available this time Lekin shift h bhai aana padegaa Salary 6-7 tarik ko ayegi Chhutti di nhi jayegi Izzat koi milegi nhi Promotion hoga nhi aur han suno suno increment 300 rupiya 😆 Sharam kro ab to tata k nam pe Youth k life se khelna band kro sapno ko mat maro kisi k majburi k fayda mat uthao Sharam kro Sats walo nhi to kisi ki esi baduva lagegi ki agle BYJU'S ban jaoge

The cab facility is very much convenient, staff can save one side expense.

Dislikes

...ion policy, staff need to serve three months notice period on the basis of LOE.. And if want to resign instant, no clearance would be given and have to pay three months amount to the company. 😒😕
