The salary is not enough for those who work in airline like airindia express.handling more than 12 flights per shift.and also no resting time and breaks.direct airline staffs try to degrade us they see us as a slave.we also work for them but they dont give that respect

I like everything about the company.The management the team and the Clients with which I was working as Etihad, Singapore Airlines and Vistara. Due to personal reasons with heavy heart had to left the organisation. Still waiting destiny give again a chance to work with my best organisation and my dream job.

Salary is less as per outside other companies.

Good for getting experience into the Aviation industry as a fresher. But an old timer in the industry will face trouble getting growth.

Contractual base organization. No job guarantee / security. Growth is terrible. Salary or perks is also very poor.
