Everything the work environment employee benefits, employees salary, every seniors are like double face and in work time they just make stupid jokes and pressure the staff and if staff made a mistake they treat like everything is the fault. And it's my 1st job i seriously never want to work again

One of the best thing is almost no1 handling in all format, specially in cargo without its own warehouse if we have our warehouse we can reach at the next level..

No particular thing but only one thing is Diwali bonus which have to be more compare to old ones and also they re start the allowance like night allowance and holi and Diwali meal and travel allowance.in international cargo they don't continue in night shift with two weekly off which is mandatory after order from DGCA i think,but they change the roaster with one week off anytime in international cargo not in domestic..

I like that i get salary on time our mostly seniors behave polite. Sometimes they are kind for us.

Dislikes

I dislike rarely seniors abuse us they treat like a animal. And misbehave also if we want to growth our self nobody helps us. Like if you are well qualified, but you work on RAMP you cannot work for good position in building this is the big problem of AISATS. Thank you🙏

Working here is wonderful Knowledgeble but salary paid here very less Compared to put her Airlines.. So I hope they give Good salaryies to their employees and keep them happy and they to be happy

Dirty Politics , salary hike limited kanjus baniya type, panauthi chapri type manager which demotivate there juniors with no skills.i not recommended to anyone .stay away from them.better to join indigo if u want to make career in aviation glamour industry.
