At the beginning in 1985 medical canteen facilities were good. Job security was very much there but things are changed drastically from 2007 for the worse.

Nepotism corruption career agregession almost nil and Very bad pay scale but as The Tata's have bought AirIndia things will definitely change for the better

Very corrupt company no body works there who are on the middle level of the company, they behaive as a govt.employee who have job security but no willing to work

Work from home is rarely granted, even for emergencies, requiring employees to "beg." 3. Unstructured product development: Development is often driven by Dr. Satya’s verbal requirements, without clear product roadmaps. No designated product owners for specific departments. Focus on meeting deadlines for Dr. Satya's demos. 5. Team hierarchy issues: Team structure is skewed, with team members sometimes holding a higher grade than team leads. ... and leave office at 10 or 11 pm and all 7 days. No leave. Very bad management. No one talks about salary hike work life balance. No growth. Suddenly outsider will come and sit on your head. Everytime giving warning for job termination. Worst company to work for until these Odia and CTO favorite guys leave the company. Which they will never leave. Best advice to Tatat management is to hire Expat leaders and throw all these Odia people then only company will survive.

They provide very little salary and put employees on contract and never increase salary when u ask for increament then management directly says if u r not comfortable on this salary then u can go.
