The negatives far outweigh the positives in this company. 1. The work culture is extremely poor. 2. Communication is ineffective and unstructured. 3. Attitude and ego issues among employees and management often result in disorganized and inefficient work. 4. The workload is overwhelming and poorly managed. 5. Managers lack awareness of their employees' skills and the nature of their work, leading to mismatched responsibilities. 6. Salaries are frequently delayed, causing frustration among employees. 7. You are expected to work all seven days if the project is in its final stages or at a critical peak. 8. This company is not ideal for women. Those who are here have likely experienced the intense office politics, know how to navigate and play tactics, or are simply hoping for the best. If you decide to join this company, do so only to gain skills and experience. Do not expect any support or benefits from management, as it is rife with politics at its highest level.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
