They always credited salary at 5-7 of the month. Thats the only thing I liked about AI workspace. Otherwise its a loss of time to join here.

Dislikes

Everything except the credentials of salary. They always cut 2-3 OT s from you. If you don't ask for it, they will never give it. There is a lot of politics and the management never adresses your issue. Its a complete waste of time to work here.

The work environment of company is very good.Any kind of background can apply this company. Atleast I can say honestly this company support me when I'm seeking for other IT companies also help me to survive 2020 pandemic situation.Exciting.

Salary structure is very Poor.Its high time to improve it.At the end of month I am not satisfied with the amount I am getting after putting a lot of effort.

It ensures job security to some extent.Work culture plays an important role in bringing out the best out of employees but sorry to say I find it toxic sometimes by seeing interactions in group chats, behaviours and attitudes of some people in workplace. Management encourages sometimes but doesn't care much about employees. Company policies are up to the mark.

Dislikes

Salary structure is very poor. It's high time to improve it. It's been 2 years almost I joined this organisation I see no future in this company. I feel demotivated sometimes. At the end of the month I am not satisfied with the amount I am getting after putting a lot of effort. Some TLS misuse their position and publicly humiliate us out of nowhere. I think a person who is a team lead should know how to speak to anyone and should have basic manners.

The company is great and the management is very good. Very supportive supervisors and the managers are also very supportive. Overall experience have been amazing and learnt a lot from the organisation.
