Company salary as per skill and Experience is vary bad,Increaseme is poor than poor,New staff getting More salary than the Old staff even they are came from other background working skill, Medical facilities not here, Insurance is not here,Air passages not here, Uniform Your own expense,Self Development and activities are zero,No Tour and Picnic,No social Interaction etc sometimes they Transfer you without Information out of station temporary Transfer or permanent transfer as per their need sometimes on the Deputation,No overtime allowance,No Night allowance,No Travel allowance

What should I like only company name is good but management is full fools seating I worked 10 years honestly but suddenly one day they kicked me away specifically our eastern region gm good for nothing
