The company is Full with Dislikes. They will provide you lower than decent salary.They Mentioned on Offerletter that Sunday and Saturday is not a holiday if there is a requirement from client Side,but I have to work here any Sunday or Saturday twice in a month.Very bad work culture some times I have to work here above 12 hours. If you get trapped into there plan then resign will be your last Option, Here also a pain present because you have surve 2 months of notice period.

There is nothing to like in this company. Such a below belt company. I mean individuals don't need any kind of college degree or special certification to work here. Worst company i would say. No system works beyond 2 week. Full day meetings and zero working.

Dislikes

As I said in my likings, that there is nothing to 'like'. But many things to dislike.

I am currently working at "Agrud Technologies India", and it has been an excellent experience. The company fosters a collaborative and supportive work environment, providing ample opportunities for growth and learning.

Dislikes

The Company offers a permanent work from home setup, which is convenient. However, I fell that transitioning to a hybrid model would enhance collaboration and allow me to interact with colleagues in person, making work even more engaging and motivating.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
