The worst company of my Entire career They'll not gonna give you WFH even you are good at that They'll cut your salary on their technical glitches Colleagues are really disgusting, Strick timing They doesn't think from employees perspective and also not for employees

The employees are friendly and understanding here. They provide free meal first day only. The OS is Ubuntu in the Call Centre Computers. Incentive if generated successful lead more than one.

...mance Based if made Mistakes then Public Criticism. Strong Timing Based System. If employee even get one min late then marked as half day and it's deducted from salary. The data which they provide to generate lead is also very old, the customers of UK are already pissed off with the calls they get. Due to which generating successful leads probability is literally 1:100.

They will hire you immediately to waste your time, they will expect a fresher to know everything about the process from day 1 without helping you in training part, they will tell you 2 days later that if you will not learn things from yourself in 2-3 days they will ask you to leave. Only girls are in their cab service priority, if you will ask them to arrange a cab service for you if you live 6 km far from the office they wouldn’t arrange a cab for you because you’re a male employee

Colleges are really friendly and one can grow their skills rapidly

Only 7 sick leaves in a year nothing more than that. 3 months notice period for every one no matter what position you are on and they don't negotiate it.
