...es are really nice and fullfiling your needs. # wage and hikes are really great. And on time salary. # work culture is good, your colleague do help you. But some seniors with average knowledge try to keep knowledge with them only and try to keep dependancy on them. # Big hierarchy of positions, so it generates quite a politics kind of enviornment which might be poisonous to the people are less talkative. # they do have things like knowledge sharing and KT stuff, so its usefull . # Other activity happens for enjoyment, so its nice feel in a while. # Topmoat upper management is quite helpful. # Safe place for girls also, and newbies. Overall nice and safe place to work with.

Dislikes

Just politics and chain of command given to people based on there experience rather than knowledge.

Work load is high so learning opportunities are more .

Worst experience. Zero job security , so much biased management towards favourite employees. They don’t even invest on there inventory like laptops etc.

AgileSoft Systems, Inc. is the place where you can fulfill all of your dreams. I have completed 1.5 years in AgileSoft. And as per my experience, this is the best company to work with.

1. Freedom to include latest technologies/frameworks. 2. Good opportunity for juniors to take on complex projects. 3. Open door policy. 4. Small but enthusiastic teams

Dislikes

1. No professionalism. From CEO to CTO to your Tech Lead, everyone will speak using abusive vocabulary and bad words 2. No regards for personal life beyond the office hours. 3. A mandatory service bond of 2 years with 1 lakh of penalty even if you have generated millions for them 4. No respect for weekends or public holidays. You can be even asked to work at 4 AM . 5. No streamlined business process. No documented Jira tickets, no code quality checks, no architecture diagrams, nothing! 6. Verbal threats that you get while leaving the organisation. The moment you think of resigning, CTO will belittle you and make you think you are garbage. 7. Narcissism is rampant in top level management 8. Favouritism for couple of old timers. 9. Very less recreational facilities. 10. Overall, I would say if you have some better options, no matter how marginal, just prefer that option. Choose this org in the last
