No job Security. No Bonus No salary increase and at the time of appraisal they simply say we don't have project so please resign. No medical and health insurance. No leave policy. Not follow government guidelines to run the company. No PF and deduct your 10% salary. No salary on time , salary comes 15-16 days late every month. Only hire interns and after completing their bond instead of appraisal they fire by saying we don't have projects. During the time of fire they Blackmail resign by your own otherwise we will terminate you employment destroy your career.They have 60 days of notice period but if they want you to resign then they release you in 2-3 days. Not giving you documents on time. They blocked your number and if you call from other number thry act like they not able to hear and have network issue and disconnect call. The office timings is 10am - 7pm but the owner wants you to come by 8am and go after 11 pm. If there is some problem in office like electricity, internet or ac not working then the management will call the owner and the owner come to offer around 2 pm and repair by itself. The hr act like she is the owner and she give salary to us. The management always thinking about how to deduct employee salary.

Literally nothing, the only saving grace was their was few colleagues who were knowledgeable and nice.

Dislikes

Company Policies, they always look for any reason to deduct your salary as much as they can. There is no bonuses, you are supposed work overtime without any pay. Very low salary.

...ing, starting from they way they treat employees, to providing less/no benefits.Salary compensation is very less, although the projects total cost per month is more than laks. No career growth, no good opportunity. Get ready to work late.No work life balance at all.Work environment is bad.Terrible HR.

Internal politics. Tactics to deduct your salary. Underpaid job. Create their own policies has nothing to do corporate law. It's been 12 or 13 years still they call themselves startup, they aren't even listed. Late salary and gets calculated on no. of working days. No WFH policy. They expect you to overdo everything and you will not even get bare minimum.

Internal politics, low salary, salary not paid on time, no job security, without given any prior notice company management fired you immediately, many times they are hold your salary without given any prior notice. I genuinely not recomend to join this terrible company.
