...eave. They force you to work weekends without giving you any time off in return. If you take unpaid leave, they cut your salary based on the working days of the month, not the full 31 days. They pressure everyone to give 5-star ratings on Glassdoor and Ambition Box, even if the company doesn’t deserve it. The policies keep changing, depending on what suits the company. Employees are constantly stressed and pressured, with no work-life balance. Upper management knows about all this but doesn’t care, and HR has to deal with the fallout. They treat you like you’re just an asset to be used and discarded. If you ask for your money or fair treatment, they threaten to fire you and make you feel like you’re asking for too much. On top of this, they don’t have any real projects, so instead of finding work for the company, management is just torturing employees with unnecessary tasks.

Literally nothing, the only saving grace was their was few colleagues who were knowledgeable and nice.

Dislikes

Company Policies, they always look for any reason to deduct your salary as much as they can. There is no bonuses, you are supposed work overtime without any pay. Very low salary.

Internal politics, low salary, salary not paid on time, no job security, without given any prior notice company management fired you immediately, many times they are hold your salary without given any prior notice. I genuinely not recomend to join this terrible company.

...ing, starting from they way they treat employees, to providing less/no benefits.Salary compensation is very less, although the projects total cost per month is more than laks. No career growth, no good opportunity. Get ready to work late.No work life balance at all.Work environment is bad.Terrible HR.
