Didn't get paid on time. No registration with PF office. No proper management and full of partiality. Had to resign forcefully. Office culture is spoiled by dirty politics. Overall terrible experience because of which still I am suffering. This organisation wasted my one year of time.

The organization is clueless about what to do. They boast a lot about their so called future projects. But in reality there's no effort from the management side . They mess up with the employees valuable career. Salaries are not given on time. It'll take months to receive salaries from the organization. They'll play mind games. I suggest not to prefer joining this company and waste your time.

As it is a startup in agricultural sector we encountered lot of challenges and one thing i like there is vision and patience.

Dislikes

The management will not consider the ideas of other employees in developing the company.
