Very Bad Work Culture, There Is No Job Guarantee, Heartless Management, Totally One Of The Worst Company In Our Country

Dislikes

There Is a Lot Of Politics And Management Doesn't Address Our Issues. salary is Decent But Career Growth Is Slow. There Is A bond of 2 Years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

If you are female all is good. Your salary your life speacially if you are female you will be promoted to SME Quality Auditor or Trainer within six months if you dont know the work also but if you are female will get promoted. So if you wanted to join become female first then all doors are open for you

I really thought about this, and rather than leaving this blank, I would say, better than being unemployed, this is better. Nothing else to like about.

... is just about nice and fancy words. He says AASify. He got the spelling wrong! Did i say, they are punctual in delaying the salary. And did someone think that being a food company, there would be canteen/cafeteria serving food. Welcome to the disappointment zone!

The flow at rebel foods never gets ended they never care for over time given introduced new policy for double pay for working on week off but never pay for overtime or weekoffs. Favoritism is most preferred for worst employees although best treatment. Worst organization with worst management.
