The company is having good policies and procedures and conducts classroom training periodically at all the sites. Company gives chance to improve the poor performers and there will not delay in payments. Appraisals will be monitored by HOD's personally and will be appraised very good compare other construction industries.

Dislikes

Compensation is excellent bu the work pressure is very high. Some times i have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as i have to attend so many things as an overall incharge of the site.

...ork culture, Management are also very good. Efficient and supportive colleagues. Awesome Compensation and benefits structure, Policies are also well defined.

There's nothing to dislike. All are in shape. But due to project completion deadline, to maintain the work life balance a bit difficult

...tes are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good. appraisals are fair and they give good salary and salary pay every 7th of month .

The management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

1. Timing is very strict like school from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM 2. Salary not on time one month salary credited after the two months. 3. Roaming one site to another by the bike high chances for the accidents. 4. Management is very lull. 5. No facilities is provided according to the AFCONS POLICY. 6. No work culture. 7. No life balance between work and home.

...rsonal Life. 2.Perks are low. 3.Promotions will get only for repeated people. 4.Salary will not come in time. 5.Food arrangements in foreign sites are horrible.
