Good work environment and culutre. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good. appraisals are fair and they give good salary and salary pay every 7th of month .

Dislikes

The management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

There is no work life balance, 12 hours strict timings and no week off or holidays, old employees has settled in company and new employees will not get company benefits compared to old one. Increments doesn't matter of your knowledge and hard work.

1. Timing is very strict like school from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM 2. Salary not on time one month salary credited after the two months. 3. Roaming one site to another by the bike high chances for the accidents. 4. Management is very lull. 5. No facilities is provided according to the AFCONS POLICY. 6. No work culture. 7. No life balance between work and home.
