Company is only good when the management is good

Dislikes

...so fake promises about the appraisal and promotion are often given to employees. Salary are manipulated according to the company benefits. Very hard to reach the HR to get the official documents after getting layed off. In total there are better companies out there with better work life balance

Dislikes

Nothing as such. Indian managers poke a bit without even knowing what is our work. We directly interact with client managers and job of Indian manager is just to monitor us.

...putting resignation ...if everything goes well and your resignation accepted ...you need to wait 75 days for getting your full and final settlement , this includes last month salary ..They promised me to have an onsite opportunity and after i joined they changed the story ...before joining the company they will tell the timings are like 10 am to 7 pm...when everything goes well they changed it to 2 to11 pm ...

Job security. Unethical trade practices. Poor leadership. Many employees are with fake experiences adding work pressure on employees with genuine experience. 20+ years experienced candidates will be manager but a 2 years experienced candidate also will be manager because of their relationship with leaders and founders. They project to new hires as Nasdaq listed firm but none of the company shares are available to public. They have some incompetent leaders with age old thought process which isn't adding any value to new age workforce. Founders will exploit practices to ensure they save money and employees will have to pay prices for it. There's no point in sharing it to clients because PE owned firms and Aeries jointly exploit employees.
