Nothing everything is ok only 1 point . Company not provide any anything on fastival time like any bonus any gift etc.

the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology i love the fact that i am a part of a teamthat markets reliable. high quality products and has a national client base. another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.

compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high. some times, i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestion most of the times.

Salary structure, Ok as per designation

Dislikes

No stability , Not recommended to join anyone If stable in your exiting job, Do not change for some of minor financial gain, You will be in position of again for searching a job after 06 month,Doesn't matter however hardworking or experienced you are, This is rotation culture of this company , So again ,If you are stable , Pls do not join this company ,Else after 6-8 month you will be major trouble.

Nothing to be liked in this company.

Dislikes

Every thing is worst in this company. For ex. Worst working environment, Top level management fighting each other, Zero benefits for Employees, Salary not given on time (In every month), Even most of the employees paying work expenses from own pockets, etc. Its a long list.

Only bad nothing I liked in this company.

Dislikes

They will not pay for one week work,if we asked they will tell it will be credited in your next month salary,that next month will won't come and our salary will not credited.managment is worst no response nothing.if we tag higher person also they don't care,I think they distribute themselves of our salary.
