Overall experience is good. Management should focus on project delivery & resource chosen category. Incompetent resources are harming company perception in-front of Client.

Dislikes

Management not aware about project delivery. If management team focus on circles then project delivery will be smooth & it will be benefit for company also. lot's of resources sitting at HO but maximum circle not having circle resources for project delivery.

Very hectic work life bcoz vendors calling for payments ,Client calling for Delivery & Management pressuring for billing which is delayed due to payment issue ,which is not understand by management
