It's a good product based firm which has grown tremendously in last few years. The work culture is good. Good wfh policies Macbook for everyone Managers are friendly and cooperative Free lunch on Wednesdays

Sometimes Work Life balance can get hit but its manageable Too many meetings Less resources hence sometimes you have to work on things you are not into

Overall a nice company

The work culture differs from team to team, No need to worry about job security if you do your work sincerely, career growth depends on the projects you have worked upon, appraisal is good, no travel needed, Office politics is present especially in the DS team, those who work with the DS Director (customer facing) gets special treatment, work life balance is good.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
