ACADGILD as a company in its earlier stage was good under Vikalp Jain. We really enjoyed our work and the way he was assisting the employees. good motivation factors, but after AEON Learning acquired the company, it was a major death blow.

Dislikes

immediately after AEON learning took over, it was a disaster. from the strength of 94 employees, it came to hardly 15 people. they were firing 20 people per quarter just because they were unable to pay their salaries. Karthick (AEON CEO) is one of the worst CEO We have came across. He is an escape artist in terms of the crucial situation. Management was poorly structured. we got good fundings, god knows where the money went.

There is no job security, no career growth, imp: best performers will be out of 1st and those who dont work will stay in this company

Useless management, people who work hard will be out of the company. who dont work will stay in that company, this is the reason company will close soon still waiting that day.

Aeon learning work place was second company I had a very short period of time but 9 months was quite good. I feel happy I was part of this team. I got opportunity to learn new things in this office and thanks for managers.

Team mates were great and supportive. They were give good suggestions and working with them was good.

No proper guidance and too much politics in the organization. They give your role as Software Engineer but your role will be support engineer.
