ACADGILD as a company in its earlier stage was good under Vikalp Jain. We really enjoyed our work and the way he was assisting the employees. good motivation factors, but after AEON Learning acquired the company, it was a major death blow.

immediately after AEON learning took over, it was a disaster. from the strength of 94 employees, it came to hardly 15 people. they were firing 20 people per quarter just because they were unable to pay their salaries. Karthick (AEON CEO) is one of the worst CEO We have came across. He is an escape artist in terms of the crucial situation. Team mates were great and supportive. They were give good suggestions and working with them was good.

Dislikes

No proper guidance and too much politics in the organization. They give your role as Software Engineer but your role will be support engineer.

Initially it felt interesting but eventually it was boring. You keep doing the same tasks daily. Sometimes we had to create content on the topics which we never knew.
