Team work , work-life balance, salary and other benefits.

Dislikes

No proper training, gap between local team and top management, job security, lack of recognition, lack of support in crucial situation, gap in customer satisfaction.

The work culture is absolutely good to flourish. The benefits provided other than the salary are quite good especially the health benefits. The workday profile provides all details for appraisal and performance and leaves.
