...les HR who doesn't know anything father handles account which is done from home. No salary slip no proper documentation work. Not mentioned anywhere regarding notice period and anything is stated by Piyush Agarwal as per his benefits

Honestly I didn't like anything in the company. Company itself is a lala company. The HR doesn't even know his roles and responsibilities. But here I would like to mention that some counselors are super supportive and because of them the company is still surviving.

Dislikes

Company has a toxic work culture. They have no leave policy for sickness. They force you to come even when you are suffering from high degree fever or cold. Honestly please don't ruin your life, don't come to this company 🙏

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
