HR dept is puppet to the show and strings are controlled by Management and paint picture as they want. No Policies in places.
Even if you are Jobless and get an offer from this company, do not accept offer or Join the organisation. Its better to starve for Days and look for other oppurtunity than lose you mental peace, health and self respect by accepting their offer.

Salary is much less. No overtime was given despite they told us during interview that we'll provide overtime. Work burden is much. U cannot have work life balance as they stretch you for 10-12 hours of work. The company time was 8am-5.30pm but we never logged out before 6-6.30 on normal days and on peak season it extended to from 8am-8.30pm with no overtime. My suggestion is that if u have done Bpharm or Mpharm, don't waste your time here; there is no salary progress for upcoming years. They will only increase your work not salary nd if salary is increased it will be Rs50-750 increase in a year, not more than that.
No proper technology, IT support was too bad, system installed things were not working properly, no bonus concept, there is no proper communication and for each and everything need to be doing follow up, all the things are late, no proper holidays, no proper Pf breakup,
