Job security, lack of proper resource planning. I got hired for a good package, had just started the KT and was doing well, but 2 weeks afterwards was laid off due to company restructuring. Hiring was on going before and after the anouncement of restructuring.

1. Not at Employee first Organization 2. They keep a part of your salary as "Dip amount" which they give collective once a year 3. No bonus even if you have worked hard because company did not make profit 4. The technology stack used in most of the products are so obselete that it will not contribute to your career at all. 5. Very less pay compared to the market standards 6. Hikes and bonus process is very slow here, you have keep waiting for months.

Completely Remote. As long as you finish your work on time, no one would make a fuss about anything.

Dislikes

...g bugs/defects or scaling it on cloud, in short not much end to end development. The appraisal, salary, bonuses suck and due to recession, the company is undergoing cost cutting.
