The conduct of managers, The MD of India & India Management team is highly unsatisfactory. The Indian MD is creating a disparity between region, particularly between Gujarat & Bangalore. During a meeting, he remarked that all the skilled personnel are in Bangalore and not in Gujarat. However, Till the date 80% staff was in Gujarat. As a result, Uk management has agreed to reduced 90% the workforce in Gujarat. Layoff have become a routine practices. Notably, possessing adept flattery skilled appears to be crucial for survival within the organization as managers primarily value such abilities. A particular group proficient in ingratiating themselves with management, remains employed. Substantial political maneuvering has occurred to promote individuals within a specific group, leading to numero9us resignation & others were part of layoff. Kudos to the MD who success in their KRA.

Job security, lack of proper resource planning. I got hired for a good package, had just started the KT and was doing well, but 2 weeks afterwards was laid off due to company restructuring. Hiring was on going before and after the anouncement of restructuring.

Since it is a growing company, we can shape the company culture. The people are so helping here. Despite of being a small office, all necessary facilities have been provided up to the mark. Work environment is quite supportive. 3-times a day free tea is a plus!

Dislikes

Work politics plays a small/medium role here in the company. Compensation is a bit less as compared to MNC standards. Processes are not being followed extensively.

1. Not at Employee first Organization 2. They keep a part of your salary as "Dip amount" which they give collective once a year 3. No bonus even if you have worked hard because company did not make profit 4. The technology stack used in most of the products are so obselete that it will not contribute to your career at all. 5. Very less pay compared to the market standards 6. Hikes and bonus process is very slow here, you have keep waiting for months.
