Higher Management has Few issues which are critical to me. This place is not for Software Developers they don't get respect. If you don't say yes on their yes Make you feel humiliated, disregards your all the efforts and value you bring, assign impossible targets then asks tons of question and manipulate you into thinking that you've to be responsible for the work and all the blunders if works done perfectly fine they'll be the one to take the lime light so they can get promotions and all the hikes.

I was working in organization and after leaving now I know they were better than my current organisation. My manager was so clam, cool and always encouraged us for learning things and never had insulted if I done any mistakes.

The person above manager was harrassing but I think that was a part of game. It was his job to harass and get work done. 😂

What a funny question, there is nothing to like about this terrible company

This company is so bad that I can't tell. No process is there, no KPI is shared, there is no vision, mission and goals of the company. Also, the funniest part is that the company doesn't shares its company policies with its own employees, so strange! In my department there were two girls who made my life and professional work miserable. The one who tried to be my boss couldn't control me and the other one was a slave/servant of the other girl in short good for nothing. This girl who tried to be my boss was so jealous and insecure of me that everyone used to make fun of her behind my back. Thank God I left this toxic and unprofessional company, moreover this girl was so insecure to the extent that she made sure that I don't perform in the cultural performance but guess what! I performed because I am that person who tries to trouble me, I make sure I will do that task/work. Awww... The egos got hurt! This person, you know the person I am talking about has a habit of stalking everyone's social media profile, my lord this person has so much time to do this work. Ever heard of baby shower celebrations? Welcome to adrosonic, the point is who does that? It was ur personal event, should have done it privately! The other person used to give me "carrot" for a consultant position and I was like i need a team and also I can't pull off this role alone. This company is highly unprofessional, toxic and the culture is so bad. There are so many things to tell but I guess we are done with this terrible company. Last but not the least I am so happy that I left this toxic company and have joined an amazing company who respects their employees, trusts them and impart knowledge within the team.
