Team members i don't like team members they are mostly talk in southindian language which I don't like being North Indian. Talk in Hindi or English but don't use third language it's difficult to be in group as a fresher. I feel company need to apply new policy to talk in Hindi or English no other language. One more thing I don't like about ADP is if join the company as a fresher so company need to mention the proper JD and profile because my profile is member Technical but my manager gave me to do Testing which I don't like. It also depends on team to team of some got developers role and some got Testing it's so sad and demotiving.
