...y do not know or cannot do properly. Non-existent HR at my time. False promises. Salary on time. Not much burden. Simple projects are hyped too much.

The atmosphere is very relaxed and the people are nice. You'll start feeling comfortable after a month.

Dislikes

The top management is just sitting there from ages and is of no use. They'll not guide you or help you in any situation. Job security is an issue here specially is low revenue generating departments.

The entire work environment is pretty relaxed and chilled out. The employees are a bunch of creative lads, and always enjoy each others' company. Also, if you need any support or approach anyone from a different team to learn something, they are always up for it. At least, that has been my experience.

I personally feel that AdLift is a great place to work especially if you're starting your career in digital marketing. AdLift has many popular brands across various sectors that will give you the desired exposure, I learned a lot about the digital space specifically "search". The team leads and other teammates are supportive and they surely contributed to my learning curve!

It was my first workplace after my master degree and got a good platform to start my career in digital marketing but as most of private employees knows that these organizations acts according to their own requirement for earning profits so and that doesn't matter employees loss or benefits.
