Company has lot of expectations from employees. But company don't live upto employee's expectations. When it's competitors like TATA AIA & HDFC Life issues policy in 6 hours after the login. ABSLI takes minimum 4 days for issuance. Therefore no bankers will give you policy because of this extremely slow process.

...nLife. My life became hell after joining here. Especially in Bangalore region. If you are joining here just by seeing the salary. Good Luck. In few days you will come to know it was the biggest mistake you have done in your life.

It's a good company to work with the overall core values of the organisation is excellent.

...if it illogical they will still do it cause the management has decided to do so. Salary is not that competitive and we work for 14-15 hours to close everything. Sometimes you are required to work on weekends and theblast day of the month for which u are not compensated. They do not give any compoffs of you are required to work on holidays.

Great work-life balance, working culture is decent, good place to learn about insurance and how to work in general. Job security is very high.

Dislikes

Salary is easily the worst in the entire industry. Feels more like pocket money. Management isn’t rock-solid all the way. Promotions are best left forgotten. No yearly appraisals. Overall, a very good organisation to work for as long as you don’t care about earning a decent amount.

Only good thing for beginners is they got a good time to plan their alternative things and plan to grow themselves as the pressure is low. And no such very hard for a beginner to work with.

... No work methods and systems. 4. culture is not good and system is very slow. 5. They do not pay you TA but will say to visit your branches every single day. 6. Disclaimer to everyone who are opting to join Aditya Birla group life at Kolkata or east zone. Do not go under Puspita Ghosh. Be aware of her. No 1 worst lady still exists in the world.

...pany doesn't have go getter attitude and not aggresive for the business at all. Salary and incentives structure is very poor. Even they don't provide exact salary what they mention at appoinment letter.
