...ng a week. Reality is totally opposite. One needs to work 13-14 hours a day. 2. Low compensation as per work load. 3.Toxic work culture. Manager lacks basic ethics.

I believe that Aditya Birla amc company is a very top notch company and it takes great care of the salary or any kind of payment of its employers. I am satisfied with the culture of birla amc.

All The Managers Are Asking for commission from your salary and Incentives, And HR Gauri Mathur Also Supported in that If you Resigned from Organization after that Organization can't give your FNF And Relieving Letter. HR Manager Gauri Mathur only can provide next day on your every Follwup but you can't get FNF So It's my Suggestion Don't Join ABHI.

ABHI doesn't provide laptop, desktop,or tab, Only salary you can recive not allowed travel benifit, no incentive, no customer service, Lots of claim issue Manage not ready to come out from his home Manger always siting in his home and ask business

Working at Birla is fun...its like home away from home only...work life balance is excellent..knowledge building is so important here...will get chance to update yourself through various selected online courses..on job learnings are fantastic... AMC has supported every employee through this Lockdown period...working style has been changed to work from home ...

I think from my experience salary structure is a bit of concern as of now for me..but you will have peace of mind at ABSL AMC...yes there are targets but still compared to other private organizations it's far far better...
