Get ready for 2 % max salary hile even if you have performed like a rockstar. And regarding office politics, HR departments stands to be one of the worst especially my Area HR, Mr. Tibin Varghese, who takes everything personally and punishes you dearly for it. Pray you don’t get employeed in Kerala region under this HR

...2th and above, they are permanent. They dont give benefits to apprentice at all. No incentives no bonus no gifts. It doesnt feel good to be an apprentince in the company, and its a personal experience.

I'm currently working at Aditya Birla fashion in planning role of CTC 4.7 LPA in Bangalore . I got an opportunity in Decathlon for the role in supply chain of CTC 7.7L fixed ( 8.5L CTC ) in madurai - Tamilnadu. My only concern on location it's rural area .
