And regarding office politics, HR departments stands to be one of the worst especially my Area HR, Mr. Tibin Varghese, who takes everything personally and punishes you dearly for it. Pray you don’t get employeed in Kerala region under this HR

The company focuses a lot on training the employees which is a good part and also has a good work life balance. Career growth is very good if you are into the FMCG business.

Compensation is decent. There are too many complex processes which need to simplified.

Internal promotions lead to negligible hike in salary which is at below the market value, no work life balance & work under dictator management team who don't consider employee as human.

One of the worst company to work with , they don’t pay you on time , the salary of month will be given in next and they won’t even care you are sick or what these people will just don’t give you any work life balance and make you work 24*7 If you reading this trust me reject the letter you will get better jobs but don’t spoil your career with them
