Very stresse full and such a very wrong way to grow your life because retail salary are so poor, The reason are different types of work every day mentally pressure, hard work daily, on floor, manager are used slang language to our staff critical situation for every retail staff. But they are very poor so compelled to work here continue.

One of the worst company to work with , they don’t pay you on time , the salary of month will be given in next and they won’t even care you are sick or what these people will just don’t give you any work life balance and make you work 24*7 If you reading this trust me reject the letter you will get better jobs but don’t spoil your career with them

Get ready for 2 % max salary hile even if you have performed like a rockstar. And regarding office politics, HR departments stands to be one of the worst especially my Area HR, Mr. Tibin Varghese, who takes everything personally and punishes you dearly for it. Pray you don’t get employeed in Kerala region under this HR

Skill learning is high in the organization. Organization has strict policies adherence

Dislikes

...2th and above, they are permanent. They dont give benefits to apprentice at all. No incentives no bonus no gifts. It doesnt feel good to be an apprentince in the company, and its a personal experience.
