...o continue in the company for years. The appraisals are too rigid and hardbound. Salary, ugh! I was filled with disgust. A trainee will find no way up the ladder and is not 'trained' to the expectations.

No not at all I am not dislike the company but still this situation I think if I am a permanent staff of the company so this kind of situation are not coming like we are now discontinued by the company management

The worst place to work. No carrier growth. Too much of politics. Very very low paid (a daily wage worker would earn better). Too stressful.

The salary that they offer is too low, and the amount of stress that they put on us is immense. Most of the times, we had work even on the weekends.

Honestly I couldn't find less than one star, I was working as an BDM, am not getting word's to explain about the torture they give to meet the criteria, like a school teacher my branch manager used to ask me about the criteria, and sales is one thing where you have to work constantly then u can expect the results, but in this company, today if u meet the customer next day it self they expect the result, very bad company,

Everything is dislike only, u get less salary, wth high tension job, and the team lead, she never know what we feel in the field, top on that the HR her name is Priya Singh, her job is actually to help employees but what she do u know, she never pick call in one go, if u join u will leave this company after getting first salary it self, take my word.
