- salary comes on time.

Dislikes

...9 categories - No leaves given - No admin to manage hotels and travel bookings. A low salary employee is asked to pay all the expenses from his pocket and book tickets amid so much work. - calendars are made in such a manner that it doesn’t include designers timelines. Designers are asked to make entire range with tech packs for all categories in barely 3 days. Hence not a good company for designers. - No trainings for employees growth. - Reimbursement issues - Doesn’t pay well, with no increment, and no PLA given which is part of employees salary.

... no clarity from management. company policy is good but depends on management. Bonus and salary hike is not as per market. Rest good to work till employees choice.
