Very good company but salary is to poor and increment also.My highest increment would have been and I know everything CUSTOMER SATISFACTION,STAFF HANDEING,SOP,SDM,BODFS,AG,VT, INWARD OUTWARD,PI ETC..The company did not make me a manager that's why I resigned other wise company is very good.. i have almost 12years experience in ABFRL

The learning environment through seniors , ABG values are the virtue and they did not deduct any month of salary during complete lockdown. Great place to start a career in fashion retail

Abf is a good company in lockdown they support their employees and giving full salary and it is a good company

Only one dislike is that the staff is join their for as a fashion assistant but they doing him other's work also like security guard work and many other thing's

... no cafeteria but fun zone is there for chilling. Policies are good in company . appraisals are fair and they dnt give good salary because everything prices increases but our salary increase 3k or 4k in a year it mean per month 200,300 so no use

Honestly I couldn't find less than one star, I was working as an BDM, am not getting word's to explain about the torture they give to meet the criteria, like a school teacher my branch manager used to ask me about the criteria, and sales is one thing where you have to work constantly then u can expect the results, but in this company, today if u meet the customer next day it self they expect the result, very bad company,

Everything is dislike only, u get less salary, wth high tension job, and the team lead, she never know what we feel in the field, top on that the HR her name is Priya Singh, her job is actually to help employees but what she do u know, she never pick call in one go, if u join u will leave this company after getting first salary it self, take my word.
