Amazing working place to develop your skillsets and overall nature of the work. Very inspiring leaders and amazing understanding of the market. Superb work culture

Get ready for 2 % max salary hile even if you have performed like a rockstar. And regarding office politics, HR departments stands to be one of the worst especially my Area HR, Mr. Tibin Varghese, who takes everything personally and punishes you dearly for it. Pray you don’t get employeed in Kerala region under this HR

The company focuses a lot on training the employees which is a good part and also has a good work life balance. Career growth is very good if you are into the FMCG business.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent. There are too many complex processes which need to simplified.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology I love the fact that I am part of a team that markets reliable high-quality products and has a globle client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is desent, the work pressure is very hard. Somtimes, I have to work 12-16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend cielnt call in the evening and sometimes late in to the night.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
