Compensation is decent. There are too many complex processes which need to simplified.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology I love the fact that I am part of a team that markets reliable high-quality products and has a globle client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is desent, the work pressure is very hard. Somtimes, I have to work 12-16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend cielnt call in the evening and sometimes late in to the night.

I did not feel like working in Aditya Birla fashion retail ltd until I was working separately from home. I liked the culture of doing that.

I was not providing the salary of the manager. I was a warehouse executive. Which I also got the letter. I have lettres. Band JB11

One of the worst company to work with , they don’t pay you on time , the salary of month will be given in next and they won’t even care you are sick or what these people will just don’t give you any work life balance and make you work 24*7 If you reading this trust me reject the letter you will get better jobs but don’t spoil your career with them
