The pay is good and is on time. There is a fixed career path and if you have skill it is easy to grow. Culture with most of them is good. Travel policy and leave policy is industry standard.

Work- life balance is bad. May be because of the role I was in. Continuous pressure to deliver results. Work is monotonous and you can not challenge status-quo. Winners are celebrated and compared with others. Whether you work or not, it is important to show that you work (Same with every other corporate). Flexible working hours and you get calls at any time irrespective of holidays.

...velop yourself in career, the growth/appraisals are not even satisfactory. 4. Very decent salary, again depends on your performance and appraisals done by reporting manager. 5. Balanced work-life. 6.Best travel policies.

Honestly I couldn't find less than one star, I was working as an BDM, am not getting word's to explain about the torture they give to meet the criteria, like a school teacher my branch manager used to ask me about the criteria, and sales is one thing where you have to work constantly then u can expect the results, but in this company, today if u meet the customer next day it self they expect the result, very bad company,

Dislikes

Everything is dislike only, u get less salary, wth high tension job, and the team lead, she never know what we feel in the field, top on that the HR her name is Priya Singh, her job is actually to help employees but what she do u know, she never pick call in one go, if u join u will leave this company after getting first salary it self, take my word.

Amazing working place to develop your skillsets and overall nature of the work. Very inspiring leaders and amazing understanding of the market. Superb work culture

Get ready for 2 % max salary hile even if you have performed like a rockstar. And regarding office politics, HR departments stands to be one of the worst especially my Area HR, Mr. Tibin Varghese, who takes everything personally and punishes you dearly for it. Pray you don’t get employeed in Kerala region under this HR

...2th and above, they are permanent. They dont give benefits to apprentice at all. No incentives no bonus no gifts. It doesnt feel good to be an apprentince in the company, and its a personal experience.
