Coming to compensation in one word i can explain work hard n surely you will get paid more than the market standard with lot of incentives and coming to the growth they are clear on the mbo process they follow. Even worth mentioning when personally i needed help financially n mentally i found this family always next to me in my bad times.I would surely proudly say that I am now an Aditian. Worth mentioning a manager who really deserves an appreciation is Sonica Gurung from whom we can learn several things work wise.
