I am working as a Lead Recruiter here for around 3 years and seriously the culture out here really is awesome which no company can match to. I never thought I will get attached to the company in work wise and also the culture they follow. Coming to compensation in one word i can explain work hard n surely you will get paid more thanthe market standard with lot of incentives and coming to the growth they are clear on the mbo process they follow.
