I am working as a Lead Recruiter here for around 3 years and seriously the culture out here really is awesome which no company can match to. I never thought I will get attached to the company in work wise and also the culture they follow. Coming to compensation in one word i can explain work hard n surely you will get paid more thanthe market standard with lot of incentives and coming to the growth they are clear on the mbo process they follow. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
