Nothing , Compensation need to match with current market , although adidas do have pay review and based on that they compare your current CTC with current market and try to average your pay band.

Good salary and additional benefits and that too because lot of many people not joining the company even after selection after reading review comments.

Tech Hub is startup. Leadership creating data engineering and data science teams but have no technical knowledge about it to hire and retain right talent. They are mainly outdated datawarehouse people who have less expertise in Spark , Bigdata, AWS etc. They are not confident & experienced themselves what they are building. Just studying stuff and taking help from others always. They are working on outdated and least common used softwares. There is spoon feeding culture. People always keep on asking KT sessions for kiddish stuff as well. Such people call themselves as engineers? People working here are from Electronic and Electrical background who do not have fundamental clarity about data structures , softwares and hence ruining fundamental designs. Technology wise company is very outdated. Full of external vendors who just play politics. Techhub team just shows we are Adidas by wearing & buying Adidas apparels all the time but they do not carry any standards of working like Adidas. So lost and busy management and leadership. People here are more of talking talking big things but doing nothing. They conducted a hackathon in which only 16 team participated and they will feel so proud of it. Can you imagine the level of competition they have here ? They are still living in old days.

Nothing to learn, no new idea, management is poor, startup in tech, no vision of future,all people do buttering of SLTs, M3 level managers are not technical, no support of senior managers, no equal distribution of work

... to organization *they directly say this position is belong to my relative I am. Area manager it's my store my brother will be the store manager *bad language using at store in front of customer * favoritism favorite sm is always getting good salary hike. Parties and all *worst culture *hr don't provide salary slip or appointment letter. * hr does not listen to anyone *old employees area manager and their senior making store team life hell. *area manager is having affair with store staff and pressurizing to sm for not saying to that employee

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.adidas is a Germany client.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.I do receive appreciation email from my department as well as other department but the mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisal. Also there is no one job training for freshers hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step.
