I am working at client not at Adept Chip Office. The Client work culture is good.

Dislikes

Salary hikes are not there. No bonus, even though hikes are not there. The management response is poor if we have any issues.

Even if they pay well what is is the use when there is no job security.

Dislikes

Office boy and hr head are running the company. Worst culture. Founders are sitting in one corner. No ethics, no policy, worst health insurance, no proper office space, no cafeteria, no washbasin, no coffee/tea machine. This is purely telgu speaking company. If you know telgu you wil survive.
