... smoker, etc. If you are jobless for many years then only you join this company. No job stability, no salary increment, salary given after 20th of every month. HR Gayatri does not even speak simple English and yet she is a senior executive. In 10 peoper sitting arrangement 30 people are sitted. Here performance does not matter only uneducated worker are promter.

This is the worst company I have joined. Managers are forced to work extra hours without pay. The team lead is supportive but the manager Umesh is very rude and not supportive. Also, the man who joins later you with experience less than you gets a high pay.

No formal clothes compulsory. We can go for work by wearing floatus. Plus they hire undergraduate people.

Dislikes

Salary date is 20th of Every month. If your salary more than 30k then they will try to find point and they willl fired you.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
