Toxic work culture, no job security, and full of politics This is not an office just like a fish market,Nothing is permanent there,If your salary high they will monitoring using certain softwares and terminate you immediately.They hold your fnf also. Think before joining there.

I have been working with this company for more than 5 Years, I have to say that the experience has been Amazing as I just joined in this organization as Executive level now I heads the complete Sales. Colleagues are much friendly,supportive and always willing to help.The work is challenging but also rewarding. and Company has a great Work culture that encourages Innovation.The Management is very open to the feedback and always willing to listen to ideas

Dislikes

They only discomfort i feel is Timing, If they remove that late login salary deduction and allow some convenient timing and calculate only 9 hours of worktime , That would be great :)

Terrible work culture with excessive internal politics. They harass people on the name of their future career. They can hire or fire as per their choice & mood and not on the basis of their work. Employees are asked to leave without any valid reason, warnings, compensation, or a notice period, or no right to be heard, leading to a complete lack of job security. Nothing to like about this organization, if it's possible to give less than 1 start than that would have been perfect,

No job security, they can fire anybody at anytime without any valid reason. They don't provide salary as well as no notice period to serve.

Nothing I liked about this organisation.

Dislikes

There is no job security and they are not professional at all. They don’t have proper on boarding process and training process. This is more kind of local grocery shop. They will ask you to do some cheap work except the work for their revenue and if you disagree they they will fire you immediately and harass you.
