Nothing. I will never join Madioson, at least the Delhi branch.

...agency in India, at least the Delhu branch, where I worked for almost 3.6 years. After the then branch head Mrs Anita Bose approved my notice period to 2 months over mail, the organization didn't pay me for 2 month's salary...even they denied to pay the PF also for the period. And very cleverly they didn't tell me about this, when I was serving my notice period, they informed me when I left the organization and joined in the new organization.

Environment which organisation provide is the real key of its success, Seniors are reachable in all situations and are supportive

Technology is barrier , we need top notch laptops and softwares to work efficiently, company is not investing in same

Used to be a good culture company that looks after its employees, but thats a thing of the past

Throws its employees under the bus incase of any issue with the client, my rating was 2 and i was supposed to get a good increment which was going to happen after 2 years but they gave me 0 increments with giving any explanation, i had given everything for the company sacrificing my personal life , worked for 48 hrs on a stretch multipe times and this is wat i get and now iam jobless, so guys if you want to destroy your career pls join madison and help destroying your career, they dont take action against their senior employees who are the reason that they lose accounts and dont perform in front of clients instead they focus their energy on people whi had actually worked day and night and put all the blame on them, the best part is there was no explanation given till my last day on why my increment was held back even after the best rating amongst team members

worst HR if boss humiliated in front of everyone don't take any action for travelling office it is very hectic work life balance is not there previously was good old people work in organisation with emotions attachment as few new seniors had join making the environment worst

Madison world treats their employees like itsnown family. It's a pleasure to be a part of the media industry being at Madison World. I have been satisfied in my scope of work. However, I would like to seek new learnings in terms of career growth and industry learnings. The company also ensures that the culture maintained within the organisation is open towards its employees.

Dislikes

The growth in terms of work is slow. Recognition is something which must flow to keep its employees motivated at all times.
